I began my own decluttering journey about a decade ago to bring order to the chaos of my life as a person with ADHD. Helping my grandma downsize a lifetime of belongings, and seeing the pain it caused for her and our family, led to a desire to make things easier for my own children and grandchildren. Decluttering has been life changing, and I absolutely love helping people improve their space and reduce emotional overwhelm.
I’m a mother, grandmother, wife and dog mom. I’ve been a full time parent, a school counselor, and occasionally work as a substitute teacher. In my free time I’m usually at the dog park, reading, writing, learning ASL, watching musical theatre, playing board games or snuggled up on the sofa with my husband and two dogs.
