Do you feel like you’re constantly running behind life — papers piling, projects half‑done, and no amount of organizing seems to stick? You’re not lazy or untidy. You’re overwhelmed.
I know what that feels like — after a mild traumatic brain injury, my capacity shifted, my “clutter threshold” dropped overnight, and what used to be manageable became chaos. I discovered Speed of Life decluttering — not a magic quick fix, but a gentle, realistic method that works even when you’re overwhelmed, distracted, or barely have a spare minute.
My job is to help you use those small windows of time — 5, 10, 15 minutes — and make real, visible progress.
I’m a Speed of Life Certified Decluttering Coach (through Dana K. White) and Certified Organizational Specialist (trained through Clutterbug), and I’ve spent years adapting organizing systems to real‑life constraints (brain fog, fatigue, unpredictable schedules, MCAS sensitivities).
In this 6‑week course, I’ll walk you through practical, compassionate decluttering steps that respect your pace and energy. No judgment. No “clean for a weekend.” Just consistent progress that sticks.
If you’re ready for control over your space — without overwhelming yourself — let’s do this together.

Dana K. White gained control over her spaces at the "Speed of Life" by creating the 5 Step No Mess Decluttering Process. Then she wrote very helpful books, spreading the genius. As a trained-by-her coach, I can teach you their universal methods over five weekly 90 minute live sessions. Our group is capped at 20 students, allowing time to discuss individual experiences.
This class will guide you through mindset shifts to finally abate overwhelm. I'll talk about concepts that lead to aha moments, how to apply them, and ways to adapt habits no matter your situation. Say goodbye to treading in stress; let's build you a what-to-do raft!
My approach is based on this mantra: always be compassionate. The way I answer questions comes from my tenet that we are all our past, present, and future selves who should be kind to each other. An early portion of the course explains how this is practiced. Later segments connect my philosophies to Dana's words. Welcome from my one-person business, Winsome Desideratum LLC ("encouraging systems empowering you").

Before I ever became a decluttering coach, I was the woman with the home that was always out of control. I kept trying to “get organized” the only way I knew how—pull everything out, sort for hours, put it all back in cute containers—only to watch the chaos come right back. It was exhausting, and honestly, so discouraging.
Six years ago, I finally typed “how to declutter” into YouTube because I just couldn’t keep doing it anymore. That’s when I found Dana K. White, and everything clicked. It wasn’t that I was lazy or bad at this… I was just shifting my stuff around, starting with the hardest spaces, asking myself all the wrong questions, and burning myself out with these giant sessions that never stuck.
Once I started using Dana’s No-Mess Method, my home slowly transformed. I got rid of well over half my things. I read all her books, watched every video, practiced the method in my own home, then with friends and family. And somewhere in that process I realized: I want to help other women feel this kind of freedom.
I’m a lifelong learner and a former educator of more than a decade with a Master’s in Teaching—so breaking things down, cheering people on, and meeting them where they are is just how I’m wired. I bring that same trauma-informed, judgment-free support into decluttering.
At the heart of it, I love helping women clear their mental load, feel capable again, and get unstuck. I really do believe that when women are supported, the whole world becomes a better place.
I’m so excited to walk through Decluttering at the Speed of Life with you—bringing joy, compassion, simplicity, and fun to the process as you create a home that finally feels worthy of you.

Hi, I’m Dana Wilcox, a certified decluttering coach who believes that a peaceful home is built “one piece at a time.” As a mom of six (and homeschooler of all of them!), I understand the seasons of chaos, overwhelm, and shifting priorities that make decluttering feel impossible. I’ve lived them. And I’ve learned that clutter isn’t a character flaw, it’s often just a reflection of a full, complicated, and beautiful life.
Using the simple, shame-free systems I learned from Dana K. White, I teach practical steps that work even when life is busy and unpredictable. My goal is to help you create a home that supports your actual life, not the idealized version we all picture in our heads.
I especially love working with people who feel stuck, discouraged, or behind. If you’re looking for someone patient, empathetic, and relatable to walk alongside you, this 6-week workshop will feel like sitting with a friend who truly “gets it.”

Hi, I’m Pam Spach, your slow-and-steady guide to calmer spaces and clearer paths. As a Certified Academic Language Therapist, I know how brains with dyslexia, ADHD, or other learning differences can thrive with the right guidance. Over the years, I’ve helped wonderfully overwhelmed humans untangle both the clutter in their spaces and the chaos in their heads. If getting organized has ever felt like swimming against the current, you’re not alone — and you’re exactly who I love working with.
In this 6-week workshop, I’ll lead you through Dana K. White’s No-Mess Decluttering method, a beautifully simple system that keeps you out of the “exploding closet whirlpool” and firmly on solid sand. Around here, we don’t sprint. We turtle-step. We pause. We breathe. We celebrate each tiny victory, because every shell-sized shift matters.
My coaching style is gentle, humorous, and full of warm turtle energy. I believe in progress you can actually feel, not perfection that stresses you out. If you’re looking for a safe, judgment-free tide pool where you can take things slowly, try again as many times as you need, and be cheered on for every inch you move forward, I’d love to be your shellmate on this journey.
Grab your snorkel, take a deep breath, and let’s make space, one peaceful turtle step at a time.

Hi, I’m Rachel. My life has taken me through seasons of raising four kids, moving over 10 times, and rebuilding after the loss of my husband in 2021. Through it all, I’ve learned how deeply our homes affect our hearts. Clutter isn’t just a pile of things; it’s memories, fears, hopes, and sometimes pain.
My coaching is gentle, compassionate, and rooted in understanding. I help overwhelmed women by teaching Dana's simple, effective No Mess method of decluttering—all while nurturing their sense of self-worth. I meet women exactly where they are and help them take steps toward a space that feels life-giving.
If you need someone who “gets it” and will walk alongside you with kindness, I’d love to support you during this class.

I’m so excited to give this workshop again! I've taken at least 10 groups of people through this, and the transformations have been so much fun to watch and experience with participants!
Over time, I’ve come to realize that what helps workshop participants the most is an emphasis on the doing vs just the listening and the learning. My goal is for you to really understand the 5 steps and apply them! So many workshop participants have told me, “I thought I really knew the five steps but with this workshop, I’ve made more progress in six weeks than I have in months!” Part of that is due to the encouragement I provide on working through the steps as I teach them and helping people set and reach goals.
It comes quite naturally to me to help in that way as I was an Occupational Therapist for 35 years. I’ve worked with literally thousands of people on improving the quality of their lives. That experience also helps me to understand any underlying conditions that may result in chronic disorganization.
Whether it be chronic pain, energy limitations or issues with executive functions, I can help. I live with ADHD myself AND I am the mother of a profoundly autistic young adult. So, no matter what your speed of life is, I’ve got you!!

Decluttering is about far more than sorting through belongings. It is about easing transitions, creating safety, and helping families feel more at peace in their home. My work has grown from years of walking through these experiences myself and supporting others through them.
I bring real-world insight from managing large amounts of family belongings across multiple homes and states during my twelve years as a caregiver. That experience helps me understand the emotional weight, the practical challenges, and the overwhelm that can come with letting things go, especially when ADHD or OCD tendencies make decision-making even harder.
I teach this class using the Declutter at the Speed of Life method because it works for real people in real homes. It offers clear steps, removes the guilt, and helps you make steady progress without confusion or complicated systems.
My background in aging-in-place, home safety, senior transitions, and financial tools gives me a broader perspective. It allows me to guide you in ways that support your long-term goals, not just the next pile. I work closely with trusted professionals in organizing, safety modifications, real estate, and community support, so you receive a complete and well-rounded approach.
Most important, I understand how personal this process can feel. My goal is to teach in a way that is judgment-free, encouraging, and practical. I want you to finish this six-week class with a sense of progress and with simple steps you can keep using long after the class ends.
