Here are a few tips for logging in to Teachable, the platform on which the course is hosted:
If you are trying to sign in and it isn’t working, make sure you are going to Dana’s “school” link (http://dana-k-white.teachable.com) and not just teachable . com, which is the course creator side of their website.
When you reach the log in page, see if there is a “sign in with Teachable” button down below the username and password you’re putting in that isn’t working. This is often what you need to click to get to the right place.
You do not need to fill in the email and password here, instead click the green “Log In” button, but use the Log In with Teachable button.
But pretty please don’t ask us to explain why. We don’t get it! Sorry for the hassle!
If you’re still having trouble, try using a laptop or desktop computer rather than a tablet or phone. Teachable can sometimes be glitchy on these devices. Others have also had success refreshing their browser, clearing cache and cookies, using a different browser or restarting their device.
If you have your Google account linked to teachable, be sure you’re trying to log in with that rather than with your email or teachable button. (We can only see it’s linked, we don’t see any information about your google account.)
If you still cannot gain access, please let us know and we’ll look deeper into it.
