I’m a non-judgmental, caring and supportive coach. I love helping women experience freedom from what burdens them–be it physical or mental clutter. As a Christian and former pastor’s wife, my heart is for you to also to feel loved, supported and free from what holds you back. I’ve experienced trauma, anxiety and depression and know how hard it can be to push through those and find healing.
